An upstream provider is currently experiencing a targeted distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack. As a result, some customers may experience intermittent packet loss, increased latency, or connectivity disruptions affecting services that traverse the impacted provider.
The issue is external to our network infrastructure. The affected provider is actively working to identify, filter, and mitigate the malicious traffic, and we are monitoring the situation closely.
